Dr. Jasenna Johnson is a native North Carolinian. She completed her undergraduate studies at UNC-Chapel Hill and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.
After graduation, Dr. Johnson relocated to our nation’s capitol where she completed her specialty training at Howard University’s College of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics. She loves her profession and is excited to be back home! In addition to being a certified Invisalign provider, Dr. Johnson is proficient in laser therapy treatment, complex interdisciplinary cases and management of orthognathic surgery cases. She considers herself fortunate to have joined the orthodontic practice of Dr. L’Tanya Joy Bailey.
Dr. Johnson is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), National Dental Association (NDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA). She is also a member of the following dental societies: North Carolina Dental, High Point Dental and Old North State Dental.
When not creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Johnson enjoys time well spent with her closely-knit family, traveling and a little HGTV to unwind.
