I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Latonya Bailey and her entire staff! From the moment we walk through the door, we are always greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Bailey is absolutely phenomenal. She takes the time to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure both parents and patients feel comfortable and informed. Her expertise, attention to detail, and caring bedside manner are truly exceptional. The staff deserves recognition as well. Every team member is friendly, patient, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. They make my daughter feel comfortable and confident at every appointment, which means so much as a parent. Watching my daughter's smile transform has been amazing, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she has received. I wanted to leave an updated review after my last visit and today's appointment. I can honestly say there has been a huge improvement in the overall process and appointment turnaround time.

Both visits recently has gone very smoothly, I was able to get in and out with no issues, and the entire staff has been respectful, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I am very happy with the experience overall pertaining to my treatment and my visits and I truly appreciate the effort the team has made to improve things. I am recommending everyone to this location to seek their future smiles as they are willing to work with everyone for a great experience.

Well it’s definitely baddie land 😍 I’m actually VERY fortunate to have chose this orthodontist office but other than that everybody in there VERY nice Ms Baily herself is a great person and very knowledgeable in what she’s doing and talking about as well as all of the rest of the staff that works there. I would 100% recommend

Very professional atmosphere, well pleased with L’Tanya Bailey services and the rest of her team. From the first visit I knew my son was in good hands for his orthodontic procedure.

I love this place great staff, they always try to get everyone in and out asap due to the amount of patients it’s always so busy but my son loves it there staff are so nice very caring very informative I recommend it 100%!!!

No business is perfect, there are times that patients will become very rude and the staff sometimes has to respond accordingly. Dr. Bailey and her staff have always been amazing and I am here to just say don’t judge off one patients bad experience. We are all human! I always receive excellent service from Dr. Bailey and her techs. I have never had any problems with my hardware being lose or coming off since I’ve had my braces. And kudos to the front desk ladies they are very professional.
