I have to say the staff are very friendly and very understanding even when you are running behind for your appointment. They treat you like family

The staff is highly professional, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Customer service is exceptional everyone is helpful, attentive, and sensitive to individual needs. Overall, an outstanding experience deserving of a five-star rating.

I want to say I have being going to Dr. Bailey's office for months, my visits have been pleasant, my office visits are scheduled to fit my work schedule--if there is a problem they accommodate. Dr. Bailey' herself is second to none! The staff has been nothing but professional, and very curious to me and that I'm appreciative for.

No business is perfect, there are times that patients will become very rude and the staff sometimes has to respond accordingly. Dr. Bailey and her staff have always been amazing and I am here to just say don’t judge off one patients bad experience. We are all human! I absolutely love this clinic! My child was so scared. They made her feel at home and they always have a smile on their face! If your child or even if you need braces come try this clinic! You will not regret it!

I always receive excellent service from Dr. Bailey and her techs. I have never had any problems with my hardware being lose or coming off since I’ve had my braces. And kudos to the front desk ladies they are very professional.

I have been coming to this place now for about 4 years. 3 years with my oldest daughter and now with my youngest daughter. They are wonderful people to talk to when scheduling appointments and also when needing information. The facility is very clean

Dr. Bailey was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and she gave me realistic goals for a very satisfied outcome. She made me feel very comfortable as she addressed questions and concerns I shared. I was very impressed with the amount of time she spent with me. I didn’t feel like a number, or just another client. I was also pleased with the cost for service. I thought it was reasonable and affordable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bailey’s practice to anyone in need of orthodontic services.

This is a great orthodontist to go to. They really care about their patients and help them and even help them with their smile and help them with their dental issues they have and even if they have to refer them somewhere else to a dentist they really are caring.

We love Doctor Tanya and staff. My daughter loves her appointments to change her braces color, her smile has really improved since she started wearing braces. We love it ❤️

They were fantastic! My daughter had a great experience and her twin brother will be back to get his braces soon as well. The staff is so nice. It's one on one so you don't feel worried letting your kid go back without you. Also they provide everything you need to get you started post braces! Five stars!
